Is an email that is sent to the recipient but returned back to the sender before it can be opened. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as the recipient’s inbox being full, the email being too large, or the recipient’s email server being temporarily unavailable.
A Soft Bounce is different from a Hard Bounce, which occurs when the email is permanently undeliverable (e.g. an invalid email address).
While Soft Bounces can be frustrating for email marketers, they’re usually temporary issues that can be resolved with a bit of patience or by making adjustments to the email content or delivery settings.
