  • Interest: The customer is interested in learning more about the product or service.
  • Evaluation: The customer evaluates the product or service to determine whether it meets their needs.
  • Purchase: The customer makes a purchase decision.
  • Post-Purchase: The customer uses the product or service and may provide feedback or make additional purchases.
