Learning how to properly prioritize is the number one way to boost your productivity tenfold. We all know how to make a “to-do” list, but this isn’t enough. You need to figure out which items are essential and which aren’t important at all.

So in Step 1, you are going to start my making a list of everything you have to do today.

Step 2 - Plan

Now that you have your prioritized to-do list, in Step 2, it’s time to plan out how you’ll complete it in the most efficient and effective way possible.

Step 3 - Produce

You’ve set yourself up for success, now it’s time to execute on your plans and produce results.

You have a calendar with your daily tasks as well as time blocks scheduled.

In Step 3, you will go through and take care of each task, using buffer and catch-up time as you need it.
